The conference will be taking place in the Lazaridis Hall (abbreviated as LH) located on the Waterloo Campus of Wilfrid Laurier University (see this map).

Information regarding accommodation in Waterloo can be found in the Visitor Guide, available online. However, group reservations have been made with the following hotels to offer discounts to the conference participants. Participants should make, as soon as possible, their reservations directly with the hotel (either by phone or by email - the contact information is given below) by quoting the "AMMCS 2026 conference" in order to receive the special discounted price.

Kitchener and Cambridge, is an important North American hub of business, located in close proximity to Toronto and the Niagara Falls. Therefore, hotel accommodation is subject to request and limited availability. Reservations are made on the first-come, first-served basis and we highly recommend making your reservation as soon as possible:

• Hotel Laurier: From May to August, Hotel Laurier and Laurier Conference Services at Wilfrid Laurier University offer accommodations and conference facilities.
  Centrally located in Waterloo and close to many seasonal and cultural attractions, the university is an ideal location to host conferences, business training, sporting or group events. Laurier provides comfort and value for individuals, families and groups for short or long-term stays.
  
  Dormitory Style (King Street Residence) - options include a private bedroom with a semi-private or private washroom. Shared lounges with a fridge, stove and microwave are available on each floor.
  Private Bedroom with Semi-Private Washroom ($73.00 per night)
  Private Bedroom with Private Washroom ($95.00 per night)
  Two Bedrooms with a Private Washroom ($120.00 per night)
  
  Apartment Style - furnished apartments offer 3, 4 or 5 private bedrooms, 2 washrooms, a kitchen (with fridge and stove only) and a living room.
  3-bedroom ($160.00 per night)
  4-bedroom ($182.00 per night)
  5-bedroom ($230.00 per night)

• Delta Waterloo: $222 per night, excluding taxes. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Uptown Waterloo, and close proximity to Wilfrid Laurier University. The conference rates for summer accommodation at University of Waterloo are:

• Ron Eydt Village (REV): $62/night for a Double Room, plus applicable taxes. These rates include free overnight parking for one vehicle, free WiFi, daily housekeeping of the common areas along with weekly linen and towel exchange. There is no air conditioning in REV. One payor per room.
• Mackenzie King Village (MKV): There are 4-bedroom airconditioned apartments at the discounted rates of $152.00/night for a 4-bedroom apartment, All these rates include free WiFi, parking for one vehicle, linens & towels upon check in, and weekly linen/towel exchange. One payor per room.

The UW summer accommodations reservation/payment portal will be available mid-April.
