Deadlines & Payment

Registration for the conference is open:

• Deadline for submissions of abstracts: April 15, 2026 ¹
• Decision on abstracts: May 1, 2026.
• Early Bird Registration: May 15, 2026.
• Deadline for author registration: June 1, 2026.
• Publication of full program: July 17, 2026.

Early bird registration fees are as follows:

• Regular participants and speakers: $330 + HST(13%)
• Postdoctoral Fellows, Professors Emeritus, Students: $170 + HST(13%)
• Congress banquet (to be held on Thursday): $85 + HST(13%)
• Two-day conference registration fee: $250 + HST(13%)

Please note that:

1. Participants requiring a visa to travel to Canada should submit their abstracts as soon as possible and, in case their abstracts are accepted, follow the procedure described at the bottom of the page at our local travel info page. We strongly advise to do that as soon as possible.
2. After May 15, 2026 registration fees increase by $50 in each of the above categories of participants, with the regular registration fee: $380 + HST (13%), two-day conference registration fee: $300 + HST (%13), and the reduced registration fee for students, postdocs, and emeriti: $220 + HST (13%).
3. IMPORTANT: To be included in the program, all authors presenting their papers at the conference should register before the author registration deadline (June 1, 2026).
4. For minisymposia/special session organizers and plenary speakers registration fees are waived.
5. Full refund of registration fees can be made only prior to June 4, 2026, and 50% refund until June 30, 2026 (minus credit card surcharge, the conference treasurer can be contacted at ammcs2026treasurer@gmail.com). No refund can be made after this date.
6. Payments can be made by credit card only. Please follow the links above to register and pay your registration fees.
7. Participants are requested to register online, as described above before their arrival. Only in exceptional situations, with prior notification of the conference treasurer, onsite registration will be possible with the following onsite rates applied: Regular participants and speakers: $450 (incl. HST) Postdoctoral Fellows, Professors Emeritus, Students: $250 (incl. HST) Banquet ticket: $100 (incl. HST)
