Abstract submission for AMMCS-2013 is open
Nominations:
Nominations for this award from established researchers are welcome. Nominators should include (in a single pdf file):
- (a) name and affiliation of nominee;
- (b) a brief statement describing the nominee's accomplishments (limited to 1-2 pages);
- (c) list of main publications of the nominee relevant to the award;
- (d) name and affiliation of nominator.
The nominee should submit her/his application as described here.
Frequency:
The prize is awarded biannually at AMMCS meetings in Waterloo, Canada.
Deadline:
Applications can be submitted immediately after receiving a notification of abstract acceptance (decisions are communicated to all corresponding authors by April 15, 2013), but not later than August 12, 2013.
History:
The AMMCS Kolmogorov-Wiener Prize was established in 2011 at the International Conference on Applied Mathematics, Modeling and Computational Science held in Waterloo, Canada. Further details can be found here.
