Deadlines and Registration Fees

Registration for the conference is open. Please follow this link.

Please Note that Early Bird Registration and Submission of Full Papers for AMMCS-2011 Proceedings have been extended until May 22, 2011.

• Deadline for minisymposia/special sessions proposals: March 1, 2011 (CLOSED).
• Deadline for submissions of abstracts: extended to April 4, 2011 (CLOSED).
• Decision on abstracts: April 15, 2011 (COMMUNICATED).
• Deadline for author registration: May 22, 2011.
• Publication of full program: before June 30, 2011.

Registration fees are as follows (until May 22, 2011):

• Regular participant: $250
• Postdoctoral fellow: $100
• Students: $50
• Accompanying person: $50

Conference banquet (to be held on Thursday): $50

Please note that

1. After May 22, 2011 the registration fees increase for $50 in each of the above four categories of participants.
2. IMPORTANT: To be included in the program, all authors presenting their papers at the conference should register before the author registration deadline (May 22, 2011).
3. For minisymposia/special session organizers registration fees are waived.
4. Full refund of registration fees can be made only prior to May 22, 2011 and 50% refund until June 15, 2011 (minus credit card surcharge, the conference treasurer can be contacted at t-ammcs2011@wlu.ca). No refund can be made after this date.
