Recent progress in complex dynamical systems and applications

Mohamad Alwan (University of Saskatchewan), Xinzhi Liu and Yuan Shen (University of Waterloo)

There have been a rapid development in the theory and applications of complex dynamical systems in recent years. This session will present the state of the art of the recent advances in analysis, modeling and numerical simulations of complex dynamical systems and their applications. Topics include but are not limited to discontinuous dynamical systems, stochastic dynamical systems, impulsive switched systems, systems with time delay, multi-agent systems, neural networks, consensus, synchronization, formation control, bifurcation, chaos, and distributed optimization.
