Dynamical Systems in Biological and Engineering Applications

Maggie Han (Auburn University), Xingfu Zou (Western University) and Yuming Chen (Wilfrid Laurier University)

Theory and techniques of dynamical systems have been widely used in the study of mathematical models for biological and engineering applications. This special session aims to showcase most recent results on dynamical systems arising from biological and engineering systems, in particular, those described by deterministic/stochastic/random ordinary/partial differential equations. A collection of recent advances in both theoretical and numerical approaches to study these types of systems will be presented at this special session.
