Data Analytics For System Optimization

Jianhong Wu (York University), Jimmy Huang (York University), Wenying Feng (Trent University)

This session aims to provide communication opportunities for recent advances in applied data analytics toward Internet based system optimization. Mathematical modeling techniques, statistical procedure and machine learning algorithms will be discussed. The focus will be on real world problems in data classifications and prediction. In particular, we are interested in networking, social media, pattern recognition, search engine, information retrieval and related industrial areas with the applications of data mining and machine learning.
